The Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic, together with its project partner organizations, is pleased to invite you to the final conference of the ConNaturLIFE Ukraine project (LIFE23-PRE-CZ-ConNaturLIFE). The event is taking place at the National Agricultural Museum (Kostelní 1300/44, Prague) on February 12, 2026, starting at 11 a.m.

The conference will be held in a hybrid format (in person and online), in English and Ukrainian with simultaneous interpretation. The capacity of the hall is limited, and participation is only possible after prior registration via email at: oleksandra.rieznyk@aopk.gov.cz. 

At the conference, we will present the key results achieved over the two years of the project. ConNaturLIFE Ukraine is the first LIFE project implemented in Ukraine and was developed in response to a direct call from the European Commission related to Ukraine’s accession to the European Union. The project focuses on harmonizing nature conservation legislation and strengthening capacities for the implementation of the EU Natura 2000 Directives.

Funded by the European Commission under the LIFE Programme and co-financed by the Czech Ministry of the Environment, the project was implemented in close cooperation with three Ukrainian partners: the Ukrainian Nature Conservation Group, Environment–People–Law, and the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.
